In order to use the Metrix Learning, you must:

• be unemployed or underemployed
• a registered user on the Westchester-Putnam One-Stop Web site

If you are not registered with One-Stop, create an account now.

Once your One-Stop registration is completed, you may register for the Metrix Learning system.

Start the Metrix Learning system registration.

Please note:

• Licenses will be issued by e-mail within one to two business days upon completing registration.
• At least one course must be started, from either the Medcom or the Skillsoft course catalog, within the first 14 days of the license being issued.
• If at least one course is not started, the license will be deactivated.
