Our network of four Career Centers connects you with job seekers, training programs, hiring incentives, and expert support across Westchester and Putnam counties. Whether you need to fill one position or build a pipeline of skilled workers, we have the resources to help.

Train & Develop 
Your Workforce

Wage Subsidies & Training Programs

We help defray the cost of training new hires and current employees through state and federal incentives. A four-year employer contract unlocks multiple training opportunities:

On-The-Job Training (OJT)

Receive up to 50% wage reimbursement for training new full-time employees for up to 6 months. We monitor progress and ensure proper supervision.

Incumbent Worker Training (IWT)

Upskill your current employees through subsidized, group training delivered by qualified providers.

Business Sector Customized Training

Partner with other employers in your industry to develop training for your workforce. Up to $50,000 per collaboration is available.

Work Tryouts

Test-drive a pre-screened candidate from our job readiness program at no cost for 6–8 weeks. They're covered as a 1099 contractor of Westchester County.

Registered Apprenticeship Program

Create a formal training partnership combining hands-on work experience with classroom instruction. Apprenticeships are NYS-certified and available in growing fields beyond construction - including IT, data analytics, healthcare, and childcare.

Help your employees earn credentials and improve English proficiency through our tuition-free classes:

  • GED preparation
  • TASC (Test Assessing Secondary Completion)
  • ESL (English as a Second Language)

Job Fairs & Hiring Events

Virtual Job Fairs

Join monthly regional hiring events online with an easy-to-use virtual booth dashboard. We handle all setup and offer preview days so job seekers can familiarize themselves with the platform

Sector-Focused Job Fairs

We recruit employers in specific industries (healthcare, construction, tourism, etc.) to attract candidates with the right skills and experience

In-Person Job Fairs

Meet and interview candidates face-to-face at one of our Career Centers. We handle logistics, candidate pre-screening, and have computers available for pre-employment testing
