Request for Proposal: Strive Future Leaders Young Adult Reentry Project
The County of Westchester, acting by and through the Westchester County Department of Social Services, Office of Workforce Investment, on behalf of the Westchester-Putnam Workforce Development Board, is requesting proposals to provide work readiness and entrepreneurial skills training under the STRIVE Future Leaders Young Adult Initiative Reentry Project. Work will include: community outreach and recruitment, comprehensive assessment, case management, job readiness preparation, job placement, follow-up and retention services for young adults ages 18  to 24 who have had and/or are involved with the criminal justice system and who reside in high-poverty and high-crime neighborhoods in Westchester County.
