Do Busing with Westchester County

Westchester County acts on behalf of the Westchester-Putnam Workforce Development Board in the procurement of contracts for goods and services. Getting and doing business with Westchester County does not have to be challenging or intimidating. We can help you learn the basics about the different procurement processes the county uses to acquire a wide range of services and products.

The contract opportunities listed below are published in the county's Contract Opportunities database. The documents in the database are most frequently known as Request for Proposals, but other types exist. The most up-to-date RFP details and requirements will be posted to the database and take precedence over any listings on this site.

Both active and expired or completed RFPs are searchable through the database. Expired/completed postings remain online for reference only. Do not submit proposals for expired postings.

How to search for contracts

  1. Go to Search Contracts
  2. Read the Search tips.
  3. In the Department dropdown menu select Department of Social Services.
  4. To maximize the return of contracts, do not enter any keywords. However, if you know specific keywords related to the RFP or the title of the RFP, enter it to find it quickly.
  5. In the Active / Expired dropdown menu, select either active or expired depending on which type you require.
  6. Submit the criteria using the Search button.
